Important information: certain personalized products, configured custom or services already executed, as it can occur with certain string or customization work, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when an applicable legal exception concur.
1. Delivery scope
IPontennis makes shipments to the destinations that are enabled at each moment during the purchase process.
Delivery zones available, as well as possible geographical limitations, will be shown to the customer before finalizing the order.
2. Preparation of the order
The preparation period may vary depending on the type of product, the availability of stock, the volume of the order and the hiring of additional or customized services.
In standard products, the preparation period will be indicated on the article tab, in the cart or during the purchase process. In customized products, configured to measure or with added services, such as stirring, assembly or customization, the deadline may be extended reasonably.
3. Delivery and deadlines
The delivery will be made at the address provided by the client during the purchase process, through the selected carrier or logistics service or available at all times.
The delivery times indicated on the web are indicative, unless otherwise indicated for a product, service or modality of specific shipping.
Unless otherwise compact between the parties, Ipontennis will deliver the products without undue delay and within the maximum term legally applicable since the contract holding.
IPontennis will not be responsible for delays or tax delivery when they are due to incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client, reiterated absence in the delivery address, logistical incidents of their reasonable control or causes of force majeure.
4. Incidents in transport and delivery
If the client detects visible damage to the packaging, missing packages, error in the product received or any other appreciable incidence at the time of delivery, he must communicate to Ipontennis as soon as possible to facilitate his management.
It is recommended to review the order as soon as it is received and conserved, where appropriate, the original packaging and any photographic evidence that allows to process the incidence with greater agility.
The lack of immediate communication of a visible incidence does not imply the loss of the legal rights of the consumer, but it can hinder processing with the carrier or with third parties involved in delivery.
5. Returns
Returns may be carried out by withdrawal, by error, by incidence, by means of transport, by default or due to lack of compliance with the contracted, as appropriate in each case.
To start any return, the client must previously contact with IPontennis via email info @ipontennis.com or by any of the customer service enabled, indicating their order number and the reason for the return.
6. Right of withdrawal
Summary: if the buyer has the condition of consumer or user, he has generally 14 calendar to give up the contract without needing justification.
The residue period will expire at 14 calendar days from the day when the consumer, or a third by him indicated other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.
On orders composed of various goods delivered separately, the term will be computed from receipt of the last of them, in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. How to exercise withdrawal
The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal through an unequivocal statement addressed to Ipontennis. For this you can:

- Use the Available Model Form available on the Web, although its use is not mandatory.
For faster management, it is recommended to indicate full name, order number, product or affected products and an express manifestation of the will to desist.
8. Product Return Conditions
The client must return the products without improper delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he has communicated his decision to desist.
The products must be returned under appropriate conditions, with all their accessories, documentation and elements originally included, and with their original packaging when possible and reasonable.
The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the asset resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or operation of the product.
IPontennis will facilitate the customer the return instructions and, where appropriate, the operational address to which the product must be submitted.
9. Return costs
Unless expressly indicated otherwise or the return brings cause of an error attributable to iPontennis, a legally covered incidence or a lack of product compliance, the direct cost of the refund by withdrawal will be borne by the consumer.
When the return is due to an error in the shipment, defective product, damage during transport or lack of conformity, IPontennis will assume the costs that are legally correspond.
10. Refund
In case of valid withdrawal, IPontennis will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including, where appropriate, the delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive ordinary mode offered on the Web.
The reimbursement will be carried out without misplaced delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which Ipontennis has been informed of the decision of withdrawal.
However, IPontennis may retain reimbursement until receiving the goods or until the consumer has presented a sufficient test of its return, depending on what condition it is first fulfilled.
The refund will be made using the same payment means employed by the client in the initial transaction, unless it has expressed specifically otherwise and provided that this does not pose any additional cost.
11. Exceptions to withdrawal
Important: the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in legally expected assumptions, especially in products made according to customer or clearly customized specifications.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable, among other legally expected assumptions, A:

- Completely executed services, when the corresponding exception legally provides.
- Precious goods that are not suitable for returned for reasons for health protection or hygiene and that have been despised after delivery.

12. Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming products
If the client receives an incorrect, damaged, defective or not conforming product, he / she must communicate it to Ipontennis as soon as possible, indicating the order number, a detailed description of the problem and, when useful, photographs or videos that They allow us to assess the incidence.
In these cases, IPontennis will offer the corresponding solution in accordance with the regulations in force and the specific circumstances of the case, being able to consist of reparation, substitution, reduction in the price or resolution of the contract, where appropriate.
13. Legal guarantee
Legal guarantee: all goods sold to consumers and users have the legal guarantee in accordance with the terms provided by the current regulations.
IPONTENNIS will respond to the consumer for the faults of conformity that exist at the time of delivery and manifest within the applicable legal period.
To process an incidence of guarantee, the client must provide, as much as possible, the order number or invoice, a detailed description of the problem and any documentation or graphic material that facilitates its assessment.
14. Warranty Exclusions
The legal guarantee does not cover damages or incidents derived from:
- Normal wear for the ordinary use of the product.
- Shocks, falls, improper use or use to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Lack of maintenance, inadequate conservation or unauthorized manipulation.
- Repairs, assemblies or modifications made by unauthorized third parties.
